Time Lords are an ancient race of people in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who — a favorite of mine! The green and blue shifts in this remind me of my favorite Doctors from the show — 10 & 11! Time Lords have a non-linear perception of time, and they can travel through space & time. This polish shifts from an emerald green through ALL the blues from turquoise to aqua to indigo and whatever your eye can catch in between!
